SPRING BEGINNERS YOUTH 

TRAINING GROUP


                                    DATES: MAR 15 - MAY 21, 2020                                     DAYS: Tuesdays and Thursdays
TIME:  4:00 - 5:15pm

AGES:  9-17 year old boys and girls
DESCRIPTION:  An introduction to track and field covering sprints, relays, jumps and throws. Speed, agility and coordination will be emphasized throughout the trainings.
LOCATION:  Cal Poly track


COACH:  Tonie Amaral (Williams)
    COST:  $225 for 9 weeks

SPRING INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

YOUTH TRAINING GROUP


                                    DATES: MAR 15 - MAY 21, 2020                                     DAYS: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
TIME:  5:15 - 6:30pm

AGES:  10-17 year old boys and girls
REQUIREMENTS:  Intermediate level running ability and the willingness to work at trainings.
LOCATION:  Cal Poly track


DESCRIPTION:  Intermediate/Advanced training group for young athletes looking to improve fitness and performance in running events.  Emphasis will be on running form, sprint endurance and aerobic fitness.  Injury prevention and race strategy will also be covered.

COACH:  Tonie Amaral (Williams)
    COST:  $350 for 9 weeks     

                            

             TRYOUTS:  New athletes and athletes formerly in our beginners group must contact us regarding a tryout.
