INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED YOUTH TRAINING GROUP


DATES: May 7 - June 27, 2019
DAYS: Tuesdays and Thursdays
TIME:  5:00-6:00 pm
AGES:  10-15 year old boys and girls
REQUIREMENTS:  Intermediate level running ability and the willingness to work at trainings.
LOCATION:  Cal Poly track


DESCRIPTION:  Intermediate/Advanced training group for young athletes looking to improve fitness and performance in running events.  Emphasis will be on running form, sprint endurance and aerobic fitness.  Injury prevention and race strategy will also be covered.

COACH:  Tonie Amaral (Williams)
INCLUDED:  Free club t-shirt
COST:  $200 for 16 sessions

YOUTH TRACK AND FIELD TRAINING


DATES: May 7 - June 27, 2019

TIME:  4:00-5:00 pm
AGES:  8-13 year old boys and girls
LOCATION:  Cal Poly track


DESCRIPTION:  Introduction to track and field.  Participants will be trained in the sprints, relays, jumps and throws.  Speed, agility and coordination will be emphasized throughout the trainings.
